Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to represent some of the world's largest and most esteemed corporations. At each company, I am known as an accredited ambassador, diversity champion and change agent trusted to best position the brand for success.
General Electric, Clearwater, FL & Schenectady, NY
After being selected to join the esteemed GE HRLP Rotational program, I channeled my inner ability to be a culture shaper, trusted adviser, business strategist and progressive thinker with each assignment - directly in line with the company credo. My GE journey included acting as an HR Manager, supporting a client group of 90 employees in Clearwater, Florida. After completing this role, I experienced a major climate and position shift by moving to Schenectady, NY. There, I lived out my passion implementing change in the realm of Diversity & Inclusion for early career talent.

With a decision to return to Pittsburgh, I used my platform at U. S. Steel Corporation to not only increase recruitment efforts but also advance branding and marketing for the organization. Operating with a recruiting team of one, I partnered with various business units to educate students about the history of U. S. Steel and the opportunities available within their Early Career programs

AIG Insurance, Houston, TX Office
As a Talent Management Analyst, most of my time at AIG was dedicated to researching and bench marking best practice for the Compelling Careers initiative. We launched Compelling careers effort to reshape the way employees think when trying to advance their standing in the organization. We were successful in helping employees realize, it’s not all about your title or job grade; having a variety of workplace experiences can be key in expanding your skill set.
I love this experience especially for the big city exposure. I work in the AIG NYC & Houston, TX Headquarters. And yes.. everything is bigger in TX.

INROADS & WestRock (formerly MWV) , Richmond VA
My first run in the real world ...
As an INROADS intern, I was paired with corporate sponsor MeadWestvaco Corporation. With the experience, I designed and managed their pilot Campus Ambassador Program selecting 12 ambassadors to represent the company at the 12 target schools. I acted as an live in on-campus advocate for both organizations. I organized over 20 information sessions that highlighted the benefits of joining INROADS and the Fortune 500 company the non-profit connected me with.
Funny story, I walked around campus with INROADS brochures in my book bag ready to recruit at a moments notice. Being a brand ambassador brought me joy and success as I earned the"Top Performer Award" from the organization. I spread the word across Penn State so far and wide I was nicknamed "The INROADS Girl".
